To everyone who watched the program Ang Tamang Daan before,
maybe you are wondering why we are back in this program.
One of the reasons is to meet the request of many that we answer their questions through this program.
Through this program, we will also answer the tirades of different religious preachers
that we see and hear in radio, television, and also on social media.
We are telling you in advance that the primary basis of our answers
to these questions and tirades of other religions will be God’s words written in the Bible.
So that no one would think that we are attacking or maligning others,
we will show to you, if need be, the claims of other religions.
And as we answer, we will also expose their false teachings.
Many might be asking why is there still a need to devote time
for those who are asking questions or those who are seeking the truth?
What is our answer to that Brother Bularan?
What I will read is the pronouncement of Apostle Peter, written on I Peter 3:15:
But have reverence for Christ in your hearts, and honor him as Lord.
Be ready at all times to answer anyone who asks you to explain the hope you have in you.
We do this, Brother Michael and dear viewers,
in obedience to the instruction of the Apostles that Christians should always be ready at all times
to answer anyone who asks so they’ll know our hope or faith.
So, once again, we will utilize this program, Ang Tamang Daan,
to answer and explain the teachings of God being upheld and obeyed inside the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ).
But wait a minute, Brother Rene, is it enough that the people’s questions
about the teachings of the Church Of Christ be answered?
That is only one of the reasons, Brother Michael.
What does God want for all people which is why we use this program to answer their questions?
Apostle Paul has a pronouncement. We will read I Timothy 2:3-4:
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior,
who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
In this statement of Apostle Paul, we want you to notice, dear viewers,
it says it is good and acceptable to God—what is good to God is beneficial for us,
and surely our viewers will agree—it is good that people know the truth,
and not only that, this is a huge factor for man’s salvation.
So, the Bible ensured that people need to know the truth for salvation.
But, Brother Ramil, in the part of the Church Of Christ members,
they might say that they already know the truth.
Why does the Church Administration continue to teach God’s words
for salvation even through this kind of program?
We know, Brother Michael, that in this world, we have a battle, Brother Rene and Brother Jun.
The apostles themselves taught this to the Christians.
This is what is stated in I Timothy 6:12.
This is what we could read:
Fight the good fight of the faith.
Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called
to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
Apostle Paul was the one speaking in the verse I’ve read.
He wrote to Timothy, one of the members in the first-century Church Of Christ.
We know from the teachings of the Bible, that there are three groups called in the Church.
And the Church Of Christ in these last days is included among those called.
Apostle Paul instructed the elect that they should fight the good fight of the faith.
And the promise, it was said, to take hold of eternal life.
And we hope that they noticed, Brother Ramil, to which you were called.
Yes, brother.
Why are we sure, Brother Rene, that the members of the Church Of Christ
are the ones referred to as the ones called by God?
The one who was speaking there is Apostle Paul.
He was also the one who has this statement about the ones called by God here in Colossians 3:15:
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
According to Apostle Paul, the ones called by God are inside the one body.
Which is that body being referred to?
In Colossians 1:18, Apostle Paul made clear:
And He is the head of the body, the church; ...
So the Church being referred to is the Church Of Christ because this is the body of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The members have the obligation to fight for their faith.
So what we do in this program is not our own thinking
but we are only obeying the instruction that we should fight for our faith.
And as part of fighting for our faith, dear viewers,
it is unavoidable that we answer the tirades of those who criticize the teachings of the Church Of Christ.
This is not only to fight for our faith but to enlighten our viewers as well.
So in this part, we cannot avoid showing you some of the tirades
of those who criticize the teachings we uphold.
What is one example, Brother Bularan, of the tirades of Catholic defenders
about the teachings of the Church Of Christ?
They say that we can’t read “far east” in Isaiah 43:5.
That is the claim of a Catholic defender.
Let’s watch this.

because we would show a verse from the Bible that proves the falsity of their argument.
And another thing is what he was saying because we were there during the debate.

and that, Brother Bularan, is based on Isaiah 43:5 in the Moffatt translation,

So what they say that it couldn’t be read is just that they haven’t read it.
Not reading it is different from it couldn’t be read from the Bible.

in Hiligaynon it is malayo na silangan, if we continue reading up to verse 6 (43:6)
What is mentioned here is about the children of God
based on the translation of the King James Version as translated to Filipino.
Therefore this is God's calling of his sons and daughters -- and the place of origin -- Far East.
So what they are saying that “Far East” couldn’t be read is not based on the truth.
It is based on lies.
It would not be for salvation.
Yes, if they would say that they also read what their Cardinal approved as a translation of the Bible
where it is clearly mentioned that in Isaiah 43:5 is “far east”,
it shows that they are deceiving.
They say that nothing like that could be read but there is.
Yes, they are hiding the truth.
That’s why their consciences are not clean and they have no intention to let people know about the truth.
