- than this will baby hana be on camera i
- have no idea right now she is snugged up
- with a tail draped over the side of her
- head of sir meowser's also known as papa
- meowsers who is keeping an eye on her
- roo is now kicking seed
- off of his perch
- we are in for a fun time tonight we're
- going to talk about allowance we're
- going to talk about letting go we're
- going to talk about getting real
- getting jiggy with it well at least
- getting real and we're going to talk
- about why in the world i've got a
- wrinkled super wrinkled shirt on because
- basically we just got home from the
- hospital and i've been living out of a
- suitcase
- so
- all right where do i begin tonight
- you got most of the story last week
- which was interesting with the camera
- going out which is fascinating in fact
- let's see if i can get the camera
- recording here for tonight
- last week you got kind of the basics of
- the story there are three miscarriages
- there was twin to twin transfusion there
- was losing a twin in utero there was
- baby hana going to be born with um
- well they call it congenital heart
- disease i call it a stronger heart she
- had to pump for two in utero and so i
- believe baby hannah has an olympian
- heart plus plus plus it's a stronger
- bigger heart how does it get any better
- than this that's how i'm viewing it she
- did have a heart procedure
- and
- that's kind of where i want to pick up
- the journey here is
- we you i
- rue
- boogie baby hannah we are all
- reinventing us
- ourselves at this time
- that's why we have our school of mystics
- and we're in a period right now where
- we're talking about rebirth and and
- reinventing yourself
- and this time post covet incovid post
- covid
- uh is a time of reinvention for
- ourselves um at least for a while we're
- going to be going to one interview a
- week over two interviews a week as part
- of our
- reinvention patients as part of our
- reinvention
- what does that have to do with baby hana
- when you go through a big event in life
- it's not just
- you or it's not just
- the event
- yeah
- the birth thing is not just the birthing
- birthing baby hana
- which jessica was a rock star for and
- and let's give credit where credit is
- due
- baby hannah was a rock star four as well
- because they had her hard on monitors
- and if there had been any
- uh complications she would have been
- out like that instead it was what they
- wanted they wished we had video because
- it was a textbook case of an amazing
- natural birth
- but the birthing isn't just the birth
- thing
- what this means
- is that the difficult time periods that
- we go through and i'm going to share
- don't worry i'm going to share all
- tonight about
- here i am in the mornings now
- going along you know exhausted
- um
- but the birthings aren't the birth
- things
- it's
- how you change
- during this experience
- you are being born anew
- jessica and i are being born anew
- through this time ruiz the whole family
- is as well
- there's a beauty in that
- and there is as i'm watching rue kicking
- seed onto the floor
- how does it get any better than this
- there is a
- mess
- to all of this
- in other words oh there's a beautiful
- one one one thumbs up how does it get
- any better than this
- and and one one one means you're right
- exactly where you're supposed to be
- i was about to say in a beautiful mass
- you and i are sharing chances are this
- beautiful mass
- and this beautiful mess is here to serve
- us
- so
- if we're to take and and you're a mystic
- you're at least a mystic in training
- every empath is and if you're attracted
- to my energy means you're energetically
- sensitive which means you're an empath
- every
- mystic
- is able to step back with training
- and view the world from above and view
- their lives from above
- that is what i'm doing in particular
- with
- baby hood or daddy hood right now
- i'm real new at this game i don't
- pretend to know what i'm doing in fact
- truth be told i've only changed one
- scratch that two diapers i've been a
- good support role i'm gonna get to be a
- lot
- more active i have done a lot of not
- nursing but bottle feeding i found that
- she loves time on the rebounder she
- loves it when i bounce her
- but i don't pretend
- to be an expert at this
- what i am pretty good at
- is stepping outside of the situation and
- looking back at it
- and i'm looking back at it quite sleep
- deprived tonight is
- did i get four hours
- jessica not sure i got four hours last
- night um
- the night before maybe before that i was
- averaging i don't know two and a half or
- something hours a night i think jessica
- less than that maybe that's an
- exaggeration
- let's just say
- sleep hasn't been as
- common of a commodity as i'd like
- particularly because i was at the
- hospital till 12 or 1 in the morning and
- then drove back somewhere between half
- an hour and an hour to the airbnb and
- then got up
- and got back in before rush hour traffic
- in the morning
- but i could ch i could
- cheer myself on
- i could look at myself from outside of
- myself
- and say
- you're doing a good job you've got this
- you've got this
- and you have got this
- is perhaps the most important message
- right
- now
- beautiful chaos somebody just mentioned
- it beautiful chaos
- my
- camera as we speak
- says 11 hours 11 minutes of recording
- time left
- as soon as i go to beautiful chaos i get
- one one one and now one one one one how
- does it get any better than this
- and i never actually look at that so i'm
- amazed that i just caught that the
- angels were bringing my attention in
- call on them call on them even more
- right now which is in a sense
- calling on an inner aspect of yourself
- nobody's missed seeing baby hana yet if
- she makes an appearance that's totally
- up to her and mama and right now she's
- napping with sir meowsers directly
- behind me she's inches away so to speak
- ah couple feet
- you've got this
- means
- if you can step outside of your
- situation
- and look back and go wow that dude is
- seamlessly derived well that dude has i
- have
- so little ram
- i will walk into the kitchen
- all right angels what am i in here for
- you needed formula for the baby oh yeah
- thank you
- you just laugh at
- life
- laugh with life and my god the angels
- have been so cool with my ram the the
- more that i have let go
- the more the answers have chased me
- down
- but it requires
- looking at your life from outside of
- your life understanding there's so much
- more going on
- and laughing and crying
- through all of it baby hannah comes out
- of surgery doc tells us she's doing
- great
- the next interner
- uh
- not intern what is the word for it
- head doctor we'll call him says we're
- doing great
- the next doc says not doing so great ah
- next doc we're doing great whoo-hoo
- next doc
- uh her numbers are down huh the next doc
- it's a trip isn't it
- that's
- life
- life is going to be this way
- off it's going to be down it's going to
- be
- all over the place
- all over the place
- if we stay in the
- beautiful chaos
- we miss the big picture point of what's
- really going on
- we miss the idea
- that this is all here to serve
- me
- we missed the big picture notion
- that this is a school
- we called in people we called in
- experiences to help us learn and grow
- but we are not the experiences
- jessica and i have had challenges
- wounds come up when you're super
- exhausted who knows what you're going to
- say
- we cannot
- in our best of moments
- judge
- ourselves for this
- did i put my foot in my mouth yeah will
- i do it again guaranteed do i mean well
- yeah
- yeah yeah yeah yeah
- rule number one during this time how
- high
- when jessica says jump my response gets
- to be how high
- rule number two
- positive loving healthy kind environment
- compassionate environment
- for hana now what you see rue has just
- gotten really tall here
- hana made a a peep the mildest little
- almost cry
- and rue is now
- papa tall
- making sure that she is okay
- she does not get upset
- when she cries
- he calls for help
- it's kinda
- wild
- which actually creates quite the um
- animal farm environment here you get a
- little crying you get a little crowing
- you get a little meowzers you get a
- little crying you get a little bit more
- growing and around and around it goes
- beautiful 5-5-5
- and you understand
- the circus
- is the circus
- what does that mean
- the circus is crazy the circus is
- chaotic the surface surface circus
- is um
- a beautiful mass in the old days it was
- probably with bear poo and horse poo and
- who knows what else poo
- but there's something beautiful in it
- the message for tonight is about
- allowing into the beautiful chaos
- right roo that was his love sound he
- just made there it's allowing into the
- beautiful chaos
- so we find out baby han is great baby
- han is not so great baby hot is great
- baby hammond is not so great and we just
- get to let go of all of it
- sleep survived in sleep devised out
- letting go
- here's how it went down for us though
- so today is what uh may monday may 23rd
- and i believe we got back here on
- i don't even know
- saturday
- that's right we're supposed to get here
- on friday because
- the hospital released us on wednesday
- because baby hannah has been eating
- voraciously so she was a little bit
- under five pounds marginally under five
- pounds when she was born
- and they were seeing positive growth or
- or that she was eating um
- as much or more than expected and so
- they gave the go-ahead wednesday to
- release her and her breathing was under
- control her saturation numbers are under
- control her heart was looking incredibly
- good honestly get any better than this
- she had a a a balloon
- expand in her heart to
- open up a uh
- a chamber and close a valve so to speak
- um because her heart had gotten too
- strong for pumping from two that it had
- a valve not working properly
- and after that bypass valve closed
- called the bpa the what i call the um
- excuse me pda uh public display of
- evection valve closed and the heart was
- looking really good so wednesday they
- said that you can go home if you have a
- doctor's appointment in your home on
- friday
- okay how are we going to make that work
- for turns out the first place i called
- which we doubled back around much later
- on was the place that we went with so
- cool chill love it thank you thank you
- thank you jillian for your beautiful
- suggestions one one one one how does it
- get any better than this jill sending so
- much love your way and to your sons on
- both sides of the veil
- so
- we get an appointment for friday morning
- we're going to move out of our home down
- by philly our airbnb for a month to
- month and a half we're going to move out
- friday morning go to the appointment and
- it turns out
- jessica
- is way too exhausted on thursday to do
- any sort of packing and so we had to
- drive
- from basically philadelphia up to the
- doctor basically here and then
- back down to philly to pack on friday
- and then back up on saturday and then be
- taking an uber back down and then back
- up on saturday with our other vehicle as
- well
- and you just laugh into
- all of it sort of like the camera going
- last week hasn't happened before
- probably won't happen since but the
- camera
- goes and you go
- wow
- or in the words of suzanne giesemann i
- love her so much
- isn't that interesting
- isn't that interesting we didn't get to
- go home isn't that interesting we got to
- make double triple drives
- isn't that interesting or to me how does
- it get any better than this which means
- i take in all of it i allow in all of it
- so we got to the pediatrician on friday
- woohoo
- very very cool pediatrics office
- definitely in alignment with us so so so
- so so so cool
- we got uh
- got what would you call it uh bill of
- good health it's a beautiful little town
- hackettstown new jersey we hung out
- there for a few hours it was really cool
- we took her into a we took hannah into a
- coffee shop
- we took her into a wrap and smoothie
- shop
- she just made noise behind me and we
- went
- and then we brought her back home we
- were supposed to go to a coffee shop up
- here we didn't get there yet nor farmers
- market
- she likes being out so here's here's
- some cool stuff let's let's talk about
- the cool stuff for a minute then we'll
- get back into this all this allowance
- and good stuff
- real crowing
- doesn't care a bit dog barking
- not really concerned um people making
- noise
- baths
- not a big fan diaper changes not a huge
- fan
- other than that
- this girl is a little buddha she is you
- can see it
- centered
- and grounded
- and peaceful no matter what
- now
- she has an unstoppable appetite
- she's five pounds of love of bliss and
- of feed me
- and she'll eat they call it cluster
- feeding for up to four hours straight
- yes
- in the middle of the night
- and again in the morning
- and again in the afternoon and again
- she has such a voracious appetite for
- life and camera's saying 11 hours and
- one minute of recording left one one one
- i love it universe is giving
- confirmation she is a rock star and she
- is awesome so she might have been born
- on the small or earlier side she may
- have been born needing a little heart
- assistance
- but my god is she strong somebody just
- mentioned something about babies in a
- three-hour day
- she's probably over tired too
- because she is up so much feeding
- because she has such an appetite for
- life this girl is clearly a force to be
- reckoned with she also loves movement so
- i've got a rebounder you can google what
- that is it's a little mini trampoline
- that i'm known for balancing roux up and
- down on an hour a day well it turns out
- she likes it just as much so we've got a
- little bouncy thing that you can put her
- on and you just push her down in the
- finger and bounces up and down and she's
- like yeah
- but she likes it even more
- we've got the whole thing bouncing and
- that's more fun to me
- how's ruben doing roo has been extremely
- calm and centered until she starts
- crying and then he really wants to get
- our attention thank you so much freda
- for your donation thank you everybody
- from last week i'm going to do my best
- to thank everybody individually later on
- but thank you so much for your kind
- donation how does it get any better than
- this
- rue has been watching out for her in
- fact jessica was trying to do something
- it may have been changing a diaper
- yesterday
- and um baby hannah started crying
- and rue was like
- he's like i'm what i how does this go
- i'm watching you
- making sure baby hannah was safe
- it was wild and sir meowzers tonight
- loves her mousers
- he's been inching closer and closer and
- tonight he got up on the couch
- on the side of her on the side of the
- couch she's in the middle of the couch
- he's watching outwards on protector roll
- and he started taking his tail
- and flicking his tail back and forth
- across her head across her cheek
- across her face
- and now the last i had seen she had
- taken his tail
- and she was sleeping with it
- so
- like i said she is down with everything
- now the love bug who is our rambunctious
- little one um and and was playing with
- baby hannah on the baby hannah was like
- pushing out on the belly love bugs going
- down like that um she's actually a
- little concerned
- um and still working into things
- miracu is um still in constant
- communication with me on the other side
- that's the twin um oh i will have to
- show you on social media somehow or
- maybe we'll see baby hannah tonight um
- miraku has come to us as a blue orb
- around baby hana and baby hannah has on
- her right hand
- i don't know if it's quarter-sized now
- i'd have to be smaller than that right
- now because her hand is probably
- quarter-sized but has a blue orb on her
- hand
- like you
- and i think that is the connection
- that baby hana has between here
- and the other side or between her and
- miraculous
- i'm very biased
- i'm convinced and we just passed two two
- two two so it's interesting that came up
- at that time i'm
- commandmate222 can certainly be in uh
- sacred twins
- um
- i'm convinced she's plugged in
- at a level i don't even understand
- that
- i know nothing about babies
- really
- nothing i've read some books even that
- not that much i've spoken to people even
- that not that much i've coached moms for
- over 20 years
- yeah
- but i still don't pretend to know that
- much about babies
- and everybody's baby is special
- everybody's baby is special so probably
- every parent says this
- this girl is a little buddha and i'm not
- saying that to put pressure on her i got
- to speak with belinda womack last week
- we were supposed to do an interview
- instead she's like i want to tell you
- about your baby girl
- and
- i said is it okay
- to share her with the world do we get to
- protect her energy
- and she's like baby hannah carries big
- energy she can take care energetically
- of herself now we're still going to
- shelter her like crazy and we're going
- to still protect her like crazy and
- we're going to still be helicopter
- parents like crazy
- but there's something inside of her that
- was
- wired for this
- and it will be interesting to see
- what comes out
- when you agree roo it will be
- interesting to see
- so a few more notes we'll open up the
- questions early we'll see if maybe hana
- wants to make a an appearance we're
- going to keep this on the shorter side
- is my guess tonight
- because
- here's how it's going to go down
- at some point i will get down get done
- with
- this event with you here tonight
- and baby hannah will need food now she
- goes from um
- a few cues of needing food to oh my god
- i'm starving
- as i'm sure all babies do about like
- that and so there will be and and we're
- we're going in the as natural formula
- thank you jenny kim how does it get any
- better than this thank you for your kind
- donation we're going as natural as
- possible but she is eating so much so
- it's going to be do we have formula do
- we have birth cloth is this ready is
- that ready can you rocker got to do a
- diaper change need more food need this
- need that need the other thing and here
- we are at 12
- 1 o'clock in the morning
- and baby hannah is finally gonna go okay
- i'm tired i'm ready to sleep
- and we're gonna go katunch
- and then somewhere around two o'clock
- i'm gonna hear
- michael i mean what what what what do
- you need i need some formula okay off to
- the formula go oh get this get that get
- the other thing then it's two three
- o'clock and on and on it goes and guess
- what
- don't let jessica know this
- and i get to do a better job i have not
- been changing the diapers i have not
- been doing my fair share of clean up
- although i'm doing laundry like crazy
- and things like that like crazy and have
- paper towels and and uh other products
- accoutrements on the ready if possible
- um
- and and yeah she is nursing like crazy
- but still can't keep up with demand baby
- hannah is ravenness
- with that said i'm loving it
- i'm really loving it
- i will not complain please do not take
- sleep deprivation do not take beautiful
- chaos do not take any of this as
- anything
- remotely
- like a complaint
- it's i'm gonna cry it's the opposite
- it's my honor i am so happy to do this i
- am so honored to do this
- i've taught
- for a little while
- i've meditated for a little while
- um
- i've studied this stuff thank you so
- much brenda love so much love your way
- so much love how does it get any better
- than this
- all of my teaching all of my evolution
- has put me in good stead for this
- do the work i know you will i know you
- are
- i grew up
- whereas the joke goes my family put the
- fun back in dysfunctional
- i was terrified
- of having
- kids
- i was
- terrified
- of losing my
- lifestyle
- whatever that means and i don't know
- that i have that great of a lifestyle
- here's two two two love it thank you

- i was terrified
- of messing up my little girl
- thankfully i had some amazing trainers
- beforehand three coyotes including
- pumpkin who i can say raised me rather
- than me raising them how does it get any
- better than this service animal sawa
- amazing brittany incredible
- and then the kitties and then roo
- all of them have helped train me
- when i met jessica i said i want to have
- kids within seven years she was wanting
- sooner than that
- five years ago and ready for kids and
- then
- literally one minute later near that
- experience number one
- i wasn't ready
- now i've done the work and i'm not
- saying it's easy and i'm not cocky about
- it there is no ego involved universe can
- certainly bring me to my knees this
- minute or next minute or the minute
- after and has done so
- through this whole process
- but i'm able to step back and to get in
- that space
- of observing everything
- rather than participating in the
- margarina mary i'll mug arena with you
- any day

- be the shaman you were meant to be

- i want to start i believe that baby
- channel that could be kind of
- interesting the enlightened daddy

- spend more time with hannah i want to
- and i'm saying these things because
- okay so there's a thing
- you tell god your dreams and god laughs
- i don't buy that i believe you put out
- there in the right audience what you
- want to do who you want to do things
- with
- and it takes place it actually brings it
- about
- i want more time with hana i want out on
- the trails with hannah i don't want that
- pull of i've got to do another interview
- i've got to set this up i've got to take
- care of that other thing
- and so i'm looking at how i can birth
- myself anew through this beautiful chaos
- and this brings it back to you i know
- you're in a place of beautiful chaos
- right now
- what are you thinking real
- do you need more food do you need down
- hold on one second everybody let me give
- you a little bit more
- food up here because if you jump down
- i can't get you back up
- so here's how it usually works
- he jumps down
- and
- good boy he can get himself back up by
- taking the couch
- but there is a baby now
- there is a baby now up on the couch and
- so he can't get himself
- up that way
- and so i'm saying it's probably good
- you're a good boy you're a good boy it's
- probably good not
- to jump off the couch or off of his
- perch right now or he'll have a hard
- time
- getting
- back
- up
- so going back to things and he has been
- such a sweetheart during this time
- i get to let go
- i get to slow
- down
- when you are
- i don't know if the word is producer
- creator
- when you find your mission you may
- become addicted to your mission
- and just want to do do do create create
- create
- and and may lose that place of beingness
- for myself
- i don't know that there's an addiction
- to doing this work i love helping you
- but i get to do everything i can
- to step
- back and slow down to be there more for
- baby hannah
- and i am not there oh my gosh
- as much as i would like yet
- so that's my big challenge the big
- challenge is not
- changing the diapers i get to do better
- the big challenge is not feeding i'm
- doing good with that thank you deborah

- although i've got to be honest i'm
- really struggling with this concept of
- how to keep her head
- up
- her head goes glitten
- on me
- and i'm like i need a third hand i
- haven't quite figured this piece out yet
- how you prop her up how you hold her
- how you i do well on the rebounder
- fortunately but when i'm like trying to
- hold the bottle
- i'm still struggling with that one
- but i get to take that time
- and without complaint of any of it
- take that time to be there with
- her and so going back yes i i see
- somebody else talking about
- dysfunctional families
- a note on that
- everything if you can stand step back

- and it may be really far back because i
- know some of you here tonight have had
- really challenging experiences

- something about um
- how did it go
- i think baby hana peed and then jessica
- got some pee on her hands and she said i
- think it'd be really funny if she did
- that to you on camera it was it was done
- in the most
- joyous manner and i'm not doing any
- justice it sounds terrible
- all of it
- is here to serve us
- every little bit of it the pee the poo
- the laughs the tears the crying the fear
- the worry the packs
- all of it here to serve us
- and if you allow into it and allow it to
- come in 777 allow it to come with divine
- timing
- that's the last thing i want to talk
- with you about before i open it up to
- questions divine timing if you allow
- that to happen something special will
- occur i believe now and it's 777 when
- people watching it at the exact moment
- i'm saying it
- if you understand divine timing
- then you understand that you are not
- were not and could not be late you could
- not be late the party was meant to
- happen now hana was meant to be birthed
- now
- not 10 years ago which in a sense would
- have been awesome but you know what
- 10 years ago i was not ready
- jessica may have been ready
- i was not ready i also didn't have
- ruined the picture yet
- it took till now
- so this last point about divine timing
- it goes back to jessica's birthing
- experience
- i guess it's all of our birthing
- experience
- i was watching at a monitor
- and so so we're in here's here's let's
- let's let's set the stage
- we're in a birthing room
- uh with an emergency team
- somewhat ready to go when necessary
- because um
- hannah's heart
- until she got a drug
- wouldn't be ready to be able to
- pump for her on her own is the best way
- to describe it until they make sure that
- a valve is staying open so they have to
- whisk her away very briefly after a
- couple minutes i did get to cut the cord
- um
- we're in a darkened room we've got a
- salt lamp we've got an essential oil
- diffuser we've got some beautiful
- meditation music going it's nice and dim
- and quiet there's no doctors there
- there's not even a midwife there at this
- point there's just the doula jessica and
- myself and spirit
- and of course rue downstairs sleeping in
- the car and baby hannah waiting to uh to
- make her debut
- i saw on a monitor the contractions come
- up and build
- and i would let jessica know
- contractions starting of course she knew
- this
- and we danced we danced and swayed and i
- had locked arms where there was like
- like eighth grade dancing slow dancing
- and um
- we did this for about seven hours
- and
- you could see on the monitor the waves
- of the contractions the wave would come
- up it hit a maximum amount would stay
- there and come back down
- and come up
- and hit a plateau stay there and come
- back down and they gradually started
- coming closer and closer and closer
- until
- it was advised jessica was very
- exhausted why doesn't she take a break
- for a few minutes who roo's going down i
- hope i can get him back up roo can i
- help you down
- would you like a hand good boy there's
- not much room there
- hold on one second everybody i got you i
- got you
- good boy
- jessica takes a break
- the
- waves slow down
- get disorganized
- everything gets kind of chaotic
- and it was the only point during the the
- meditation yes during the childbirth
- during the meditation that i was a
- little bit concerned this could end up
- in a c-section because
- in this
- uh amazing hospital children's hospital
- of philly with these cardiac
- cases somewhere between 40 and 55 end up
- in c-section
- and temporarily thank you angela thank
- you so much we had lost the wave
- and so jessica chose to hop back up get
- back on her feet dance with me some more
- and gradually over time the waves came
- back
- here's the thing about divine timing
- you get to dance with the waves
- if the wave ain't there there's nothing
- you can do if you've ever written
- anything if you've ever produced
- anything and the energy got away from
- you
- there's almost no point in forcing and
- trying to get the energy back you have
- to wait for it to appear again
- with automatic writing it took four
- tries and about four years
- for it to be done right to come out
- because i had to wait for the
- waves
- had to wait for the waves
- when jessica got time to push
- there was a time where the contractions

- listening to spirit in taking the uber
- ride back down to go get the truck
- because we had brought the the tesla
- back up i'm going to get the truck
- i was in meditation
- with the angels for two hours
- everything has been operated on a
- physical level of beautiful chaos
- and on a spiritual level of beautiful
- melodic tones
- listening to the music
- and there is always a layer of music
- that
- i don't hear consciously as music i
- can't hear the hum of the earth i can't
- hear
- some of the plants and stuff
- a fraction of a degree
- but there is this beautiful song playing
- up there to me it's the song of silence
- because i don't hear it on that
- conscious level but when i plug into
- that
- not like i'm superman or super dad
- but it does
- change
- how i interact and how i react to
- everything
- sort of like
- poop okay
- music can deal with it
- and for me since i admit i have been
- changing the diapers much understatement
- yet but i'm sure i will be the poop is
- everything else that has to take place
- the poop is the you know spilled milk in
- the middle of the night where you get to
- start from scratch again at one two
- three o'clock and let's be honest i'm a
- baby
- when it comes to wanting my sleep that
- is the only time
- okay angels are saying not quite okay
- but it is the biggest time
- where i will fall apart and go
- i want my sleep
- and now it's how high can i jump
- because i'm staying
- plugged
- in
- that's where i want you to stay
- plugged in on that note i want to open

- roller girl what should people like
- naomi judd do who decide to leave this
- earth because of depression
- i'm not sure meaning what should
- somebody do if they're faced with
- tremendous depression so
- i've done a lot of work not a
- psychiatrist not a psychologist don't
- play one on tv
- but i've done a lot of work with people
- who have been clinically depressed
- to me
- answer has a couple key components to it
- one of those key components plug back
- into spirit plug back into source find a
- connection
- when i teach automatic writing what
- happens is even before people start
- getting channeled writing
- and it comes quite quickly they start to
- feel better because they're plugging
- into spirit and so their vibration
- starts to go up and go up more and go up
- more and go up more and go up more so we
- get to plug back in
- that's a key element second we get to do
- what we love with all of our heart but
- but
- without attachment
- that is such a freaking hard horse to
- ride
- i love doing this i love it
- if i'm honest i still have an attachment
- to reaching a lot of people
- that's a piece that i get to play with
- letting go of because when my art
- when i become attached to the
- performance of my art
- that's a very hard burden to bear
- and then lastly
- we get to cut
- strings the attachments
- the cables the cords the wounds the
- blocks the walls we get to do so much
- clearing on ourselves
- because we bring in so many wounds and
- then we're gifted so many wounds and if
- you're on stage if you're a performer
- you end up with so many
- swizzle straws
- let's say and that's part of the reason
- i'm gonna do more paid gigs and a little
- bit less free stuff over time
- is because you want the law of precedent
- reciprocity you want this balance so
- that all your energy isn't being sucked
- out
- and somebody like naomi
- if she wasn't careful
- would find herself completely bankrupt
- from not watching these cables cords
- strings and attachments it's something i
- teach
- neurotically in our school of mystics
- because for every empath choose an
- empath
- the energetic draw on you can be huge
- until you learn how to control the that
- energy so i'm gonna do clearing work on
- myself in fact i envelop myself in a
- bubble of love and light for each event
- that i do whether i speak it or simply
- go to the angels and guides and allow
- them to take care of it and then
- afterwards i clear clear clear clear
- clear if not
- i'll find myself under the table
- depressed and exhausted if i don't watch
- my attachment to the outcome i'll find
- myself under the table exhausted and
- depressed and if i do not play that high
- level mystic spiritual game i will find
- myself there as well it takes those
- three pieces if i was to add to that it

- and they're saying you know a lot on

- there is no judgment when someone

- i lost a dear friend
- to suicide

- i wouldn't say not a day goes by where i
- don't think about her
- um week month somewhere in there
- love you carrie
- i so wish she was still around amazing
- human being
- amazing spirit in human form
- i would have loved to have seen what she
- could do who she could become what she
- could accomplish who she could marry who
- she could just fall in love with
- the works
- and i think there's be so much richness
- in her life because
- when someone commits suicide to me
- they're in the darkness before the dawn
- and they're just about birth to birth
- through to something incredible
- they're in the birthing canal
- and when someone commits suicide they
- can't take the pressure that squeeze in
- the canal anymore not realizing that
- they're just about to come out into the
- light
- and so i encourage anyone make it
- through that squeeze the light is coming
- and it's so much more than you ever
- could imagine
- but for those who chose otherwise
- they're going to be fine
- life is not judgment life is love life
- is also never ending
- eternal so you came in through a tunnel
- you went through a tunnel but you're
- gonna be okay but i'd rather play this
- game and encourage everyone to play this
- game here
- because there is always light coming
- just after that darkness before the dawn
- and the light is even brighter
- if you allow yourself to go through the
- tunnel

- family we're helping from the ukraine
- the merritt family found out that mira
- has been pregnant this entire journey
- truly a miracle
- she's on bedrest and i love it mira like

- angel bumps i think this is my strongest
- communication sense with the other side
- and i'm trying to dial it in so there
- are all of these claires there's clear
- voice ability to see clear sentience
- ability to sense in a sense
- um uh clear audience and ability to hear
- so if you're clear sentient
- you are feeling these things and it is a
- communication so angel bumps to me
- happen when the angels it feels like a
- feather going up and down for instance
- your arms your back or your neck are
- telling you we are here
- the trick is to take it beyond that and
- see what we can turn it into so can we
- ask questions of the angels during this
- time can we give prayers during this
- time can we listen
- during this time but the answer may come
- through body
- so you start to get these angel mumps
- you may even ask what does a yes feel
- like
- what does a no feel like
- or simply sends into it okay i've gotten
- these angel bumps
- our angels now by my side
- and i know for myself when i
- particularly when i started into
- automatic writing i would write good

- and i would wait for this wave and
- tingle and kind of a shiver to come over

- and i'll feel this way every shiver
- you can talk to the angel through the
- senses in your body luck screen so i
- would play with this and see how we can
- bring this out and maybe literally you
- know closing your eyes taking five or
- ten minutes going quiet each and every
- day to start communicating and listening
- for that body sense of course i

- as a way to really tune in
- but play with this connection mary

- sparkles are the angels talking to the

- to get your attention and to help you

- for staying in silence when my anxiety

- which i know science is good for me but
- with high anxiety can't be silent so

- first off
- see what you can do to give up the
- anxiety give it to the angels give it to
- the guides give it to a higher power and
- say you take this stuff
- and this is coming for somebody who came
- from a very highly anxious wired family
- and a lot of it is still in me but i do
- good most of the time do good great

- and giving it away if not taking it on
- myself and i get to do even even even
- better at this
- but then find your modality
- to plug in and let go
- it could be automatic writing
- it could be going for a bike ride it
- could be walking out in nature
- what is that experience you can do where
- you leave your anxiety behind
- it could be cross-country skiing
- or
- obviously not exactly now unless you're
- in the southern hemisphere or
- snowshoeing where can you find that
- bliss and where does that tug on your
- heart take you that makes you lose track
- of time so it certainly can be a
- creative process a creative dance a
- creative outlet
- so let's connect with spirit
- let's connect with spirit on a daily
- basis let's give it all to them and then
- let's find that place that plug in that
- sweet spot for you where you can let go
- and let go of time can it be meditation

- where am i going with this
- it's easy
- to have faith when everything's out of
- your control it's easier to go i
- surrender there's i have no idea what to
- do they're going to take the baby away
- is it going to be surgery it's going to
- be this it's going to be that it's
- totally out of my hands i surrender
- it is much harder to surrender

- decisions
- the smaller decisions

- where do i go for my job do i do x do i
- do y how is this going to work out what
- am i going to do about rent how am i
- going to make this work how am i going
- to make this fit how am i going to find
- the money for this what am i going to do
- here how am i going to do this here what
- am i going to tell them am i really
- ready for this am i ok with doing this
- is this going to work
- what's center

- for the smaller decisions to wanda
- we fool ourselves
- into thinking were in
- control
- we were never

- everything that you're thinking feeling

- human form we all came here on a
- spiritual journey every single one of us

- how that manifests is different from

- there is a journey it's laid out before
- us we have a certain modicum of free
- will
- and we can certainly try our best to to

- feel what that pull is listen to it

- energy you are a huge influencer now age

- but with that said we have crossed over
- the way i look at it is the old native
- american adage of um we used to be in
- the age of the
- condor which was the divine feminine
- then we went into the age of the ego the
- ego the eagle more of the masculine and
- now we're coming into an age the age of
- aquarius which is a more balanced
- masculine and feminine
- which doesn't mean male and female there
- can be masculine aspects to a to female
- and female aspects of feminine aspects
- to a male but it means we're coming into
- a more balanced era
- and we actually have to go back more
- toward the feminine to find that balance
- almost over shoot toward the feminine to
- find that balance
- because we're coming out of such a young
- young
- give me the guns let me do let me charge
- competition rather than competition
- time period and so that's part of my job
- is to help us usher from the me to the
- we and that may be your job harold as
- well um
- last question uh no i'll take two last

- alyssa again what do angels and guides
- look like
- i don't know what all of them look like
- they show themselves in so many
- different forms and in different forms
- to different individuals
- i've seen angels as very strong giant
- wings uh sort of archangel michael maybe
- i've watched too many movies maybe i've
- seen too much john travolta in angel
- movies who knows
- and i've seen uh in a sense
- older almost dead people as guides from
- the past and i can't say which images
- have been planted in my mind and which
- images are real because clairvoyance is
- not my skill clear sentience huge clear
- audience
- off the charts at this point but that
- clear voyance is an area i have not had
- much focus on until now
- there are different waves at certain
- time period that may open up more for me
- alyssa
- you have written books before sometime
- sometime would you share
- how to write a book and share your ideas
- information i'm assuming men are
- assuming many of us would be able to use
- writing to share our light
- there is a chan there is a time and a
- place for that alyssa i have to think
- about where and what that looks like
- because i'd be happy to do so this
- wouldn't be the right vehicle for that
- but you're right there would be an
- opportunity to do that
